Chess4UOnline
Online chess lessons for kids across the UK
Our live online class runs on Thursday evenings, so children anywhere in the UK — from Glasgow and Edinburgh to London — can join from home. It works as a standalone lesson or as extra practice alongside our Jordanhill, Hyndland, or Gorbals classes.

Questions
When is the online class?
Thursdays, 19:00–20:00. Booking is through ClassForKids.
Can children outside Glasgow join?
Yes. The online class is open to children anywhere in the UK, including the rest of Scotland, England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Times are UK time.
What does my child need?
A reliable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a chessboard or an online board the coach will share in the lesson.
Can we combine online with an in-person class?
Yes. Weekly packages mix the Thursday online lesson with Jordanhill or Gorbals, and the online class also pairs well with Hyndland. See the packages on this page.
